Roo Systems ECU Remapping services

At Roo Systems, we offer you a 30-day money back guarantee on all ECU Remapping services.
If after 30 days you are not happy with your results, simply call Roo Systems on 1300 305 709 to discuss how we can best resolve the issues to ensure that your vehicle is tuned in line with your expectations.
Please Note we reserve the right to retune & repair your vehicle before any refund is issued.

All other Roo Systems Products

  • For all returns, whether warranty-related or otherwise, a Return Authorization form must be obtained from our Customer Service Department and included with the return shipment.
  • We reserve the right to repair, replace or re-tune all products to rectify any customer concerns before any refund is issued
  • You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you as long as the products returned are in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
  • Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.
  • Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a $ 20.00 administration fee which you authorise us to be deducted off the balance to be refunded to you.
  • We may refund by cheque, credit card or PayPal.
  • Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process by cheque, approximately 5-10 days by credit card and approximately 2-3 days by PayPal.
  • Store Purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase.
  • Online purchases must be returned to Roo Systems Banyo QLD.
  • Original purchaser only and a copy of the original invoice must be provided with Return Authorisation.

We will not refund any postal or fitting costs incurred by you for returning the product to us.

Baja Design Lights

  • For all returns, whether warranty-related or otherwise, a Return Authorization form must be obtained from our Customer Service Department and included with the return shipment.
  • If you purchased a product or through one of our authorised distributors, returns can be sent to the distributor or directly to us for processing.
  • We offer a 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE on some products. These products can be returned for any or no reason within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are in the original packaging and unused, with freight prepaid by you.
  • If you are returning a product because of an error made by us (i.e., we sent you the wrong item or quantity), return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused. We will prepay or reimburse for the shipping costs.
  • If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement, return the product to us within 10 days of delivery, in the original packaging and unused, with freight prepaid by you.
  • Where no satisfaction guarantee or warranty applies, you may still return a product for any or no reason within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and provided that the product is in the original packaging and unused, with freight prepaid by you. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further inquiry.
  • Original purchaser only and a copy of the original invoice must be provided with Return Authorisation.
